Shipping
We ship to most of the world. Contact us if your country isn’t available.

Preorder Items
Pre-order items are orders captured for a specific period of time. After that time, each item is then made-to-order by our production facilities. Production time can take up to 8 weeks before shipping to our warehouse for fulfillment.

After the items reach our warehouse, please allow up to 4-6 business days to process your order after it comes through. Most domestic shipping will arrive to you within 5-10 days. We use multiple carriers to ship items. After your item leaves our warehouse, you should receive a notification with tracking information if available.

International Orders
For international orders, transit time can vary between 10 to 21 days. Some can take longer depending on location.

International orders might incur an additional fee for delivery. Please check your local post office for customs fee information. The recipient is responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine these fees during checkout.

Delivery Address
Please double check delivery address is correct prior to checking out. Once an order is assigned a tracking number, we can no longer update or edit the delivery address. We're unable to refund or replace items in this case.
