For pre-order items please allow up to 5 weeks for order fulfillment and shipping once the preorder ends.
We will not be able to offer exchanges at this time for pre-order items.
Order Bundles
Even though select items are already produced and prepared, all orders will ship together in one delivery. If your order includes a pre-order item, your full shipment will be held until the pre-order portion is ready to ship to reduce shipping costs to you.

Shipping Outside the US
International orders might incur an additional fee for delivery. Please check your local post office for customs fee information. The recipient is responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine these fees during checkout.
